Rao Cherukuri is President and CEO; is the Founder of CPI and majority stockholder.  Prior background includes President, Consumer HealthCare Division of Fuisz Technologies.  Has extensive global business and technical background in development and launching of Pharmaceutical and Consumer HealthCare Products.  Has more than ninety (90) US and three hundred (300) international patents issued.  Holds a MS in Pharmaceutical and MBA from Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania.  Rao has been a Board member since 2000.

Rory O’Riordan is a shareholder and President, Clonmel Health Care Ltd.  Clonmel manufactures pharmaceutical products in Ireland for worldwide distribution.  Rory has been a Board member since 2000.

Harish Malneedi is a shareholder and President and CEO of Makro Technologies, Inc. and Makro Care, Inc., a technology company with operations in New Jersey, Canada and India.  Harish has been a Board member since 2000.

Jeffrey Long-McGie is a Healthcare Analyst at Ridgeback Capital Management.  Jeff’s business experience includes positions of Vice President of Business Development at Andrx Pharmaceuticals and Andrx Therapeutics.  Jeff’s investment experience includes positions at ThinkEquity and A.G. Edwards where he was responsible for coverage of the generic pharmaceutical industry.  His educational background includes an MBA from Saint Louis University, a Master’s in Biology from Washington University and a BS in Microbiology from California State University.  Currently, Jeff serves as a member of the Finance Committee for the Food and Drug Law Institute.  Additionally, Jeff has served as a Consultant for multiple pre-IPO stage Pharmaceutical Companies. 

Roger Cope is an International businessman with experience in growing multi million dollar businesses around the world.  For the last twenty years, Mr. Cope has been with International Specialty Products running their businesses in the US, Europe and Asia and since 2005, he served as Interim Chief Financial Officer for that Company.  His educational background includes a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Manchester University (UK).

Vittorino Ravelli is a Pharmaceutical Consultant specializing in Pharmaceutical Development, Biopharmaceutics and Regulatory Affairs.  He has been a Consultant to Capricorn since its early states as he assisted in the identification of equipment needed to run the facility as well as oversaw the construction of the facility in the US.  Vitto has helped Capricorn develop its medium and long-term strategies in the technological area, the identification of new products and the implementation of the development programs.  Mr. Ravelli has a Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Milano and a MBA from  University Bocconi, Milano.
