S. Rao Cherukuri
- Chairman and the Founder of CPI and
majority stockholder. Prior background includes
President, Consumer Health Care Division of Valeant Pharmaceutical International (Biovali/Fuisz)
and previously as worldwide director of technology for Pfizer/Warner Lambert. He has an extensive global
business and technical background in development and
launching of Pharmaceutical and Consumer Health Care
Products. He has been issued one hundred (100) US and
three hundred (300) international patents.
He holds a MS in Pharmacy and MBA from Wharton Business
School, University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Rao has
been a Board member since 2000.
Rory O’Riordan -
Shareholder and President, Phoenix labs Dublin Ireland, previously as president of Clonmel Health Care
Ltd. Rory has been a Board member since 2000.
Mr. Frederick Ermel -
President and founder of the Carreden Group. Mr.
Ermel has almost 30 years experience providing
investment banking services to corporations and
municipalities. Prior to founding Carreden, Mr.
Ermel spent 14 years as a Managing Director with
PaineWebber, Inc. Mr. Ermel was a member of the
Board of Directors of PaineWebber, Inc., and he held
various senior management positions within the
Company. He is a former member of the board of
directors of three publicly listed companies, and was a
member of the American Stock Exchange’s Emerging Company
Marketplace Select Review Committee. Mr. Ermel
holds BS and MS degrees in Economics from The
Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Ermel was a
Director for years ending 2003, 2004 and
2005.
Dr. Kavitha Cherukuri
- Practicing MD currently affiliated with
Commonwealth Emergency Physicians as a Vice
President. Dr. Cherukuri holds a BS in
Chemistry/Biology from George Washington University and
an MD from George Washington University Medical Center.
Currently practicing medicine at Loudon Hospital Center
in Virginia, she also practiced at Morristown Memorial
Hospital in New Jersey and Long Island Jewish Medical
Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New
York. In addition to her MD practice, she has held
various outside positions as a Clinical Instructor,
Medical Consultant and Business Development. Her
knowledge of the prescription arena with what is taking
place in the marketplace will be a valuable asset to us
to guide us in our Rx
growth.
Nivaran Kapur
- President and Chief Executive Officer, had over 15 years
experience in RX and Consumer Health Care
Industry. He holds a MBA from Institute of Management Studies India.
