S. Rao Cherukuri
is President; CEO and the Founder of CPI and
majority stockholder. Prior background includes
President, Consumer HealthCare Division of Fuisz
Technologies. He has an extensive global
business and technical background in development and
launching of Pharmaceutical and Consumer HealthCare
Products. He has more than ninety (90) US and
three hundred (300) international patents issued.
He holds a MS in Pharmacy and MBA from Wharton Business
School, University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Rao has
been a Board member since 2000.
Rory O’Riordan is a
shareholder and President, Clonmel Health Care
Ltd. Clonmel manufactures pharmaceutical products
in Ireland for worldwide distribution. Rory has
been a Board member since 2000.
Roger Cope is an
International businessman with experience in growing
multi million dollar businesses around the world.
For the last twenty years, Mr. Cope has been with
International Specialty Products running their
businesses in the US, Europe and Asia. Since 2005, he
served as Interim Chief Financial Officer for that
Company. His educational background includes a B.S
in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Manchester
University (UK). Roger became a Board member in August
2006.
Mr. Frederick Ermel is
President and founder of the Carreden Group. Mr.
Ermel has almost 30 years experience providing
investment banking services to corporations and
municipalities. Prior to founding Carreden, Mr.
Ermel spent 14 years as a Managing Director with
PaineWebber, Inc. Mr. Ermel was a member of the
Board of Directors of PaineWebber, Inc., and he held
various senior management positions within the
Company. He is a former member of the board of
directors of three publicly listed companies, and was a
member of the American Stock Exchange’s Emerging Company
Marketplace Select Review Committee. Mr. Ermel
holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Economics from The
Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Ermel was a
Director for years ending 2003, 2004 and
2005.
Dr. Kavitha Cherukuri
is a practicing MD currently affiliated with
Commonwealth Emergency Physicians as a Vice
President. Dr. Cherukuri holds a B.S in
Chemistry/Biology from George Washington University and
an MD from George Washington University Medical Center.
Currently practicing medicine at Loudon Hospital Center
in Virginia, she also practiced at Morristown Memorial
Hospital in New Jersey and Long Island Jewish Medical
Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New
York. In addition to her MD practice, she has held
various outside positions as a Clinical Instructor,
Medical Consultant and Business Development. Her
knowledge of the prescription arena with what is taking
place in the marketplace will be a valuable asset to us
to guide us in our Rx
growth.

Scientific Affairs, developed controlled release
formulations in 10 major European pharmaceuticals
marketed by Merck, Bayer, Astra Zeneca, Wyeth and
Others.
Kishore Gogineni - Sr. Director,
Quality Assurance, over 20 years of experience in global
pharmaceutical industry.
Nivaran Kapur - Director Business Development,
Consumer Health care Products. Had over 10 years
experience in RX and consumer healthcare
industry.
Mayur Phadke - Director
Validation & Scale-up and Process Development.
